An unidentified man was shot this evening in the Cuyler/Brownville neighborhood, Savannah-Chatham police said.
At 8 p.m. officers were called to a convenience store at the intersection of 39th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and found the man with a gunshot wound to the arm, said Gena Moore, metro police spokeswoman.
The man told police he was robbed by two men who shot him and then took off on foot, Moore said.
The man’s injury seemed to be non-life threatening.
